We ensure that the quality trades people working on your new home have reached our high exacting standards. This is one reason why we have a permanent team of Carpenters and Subcontractosr who produce that quality every time. They’ve been working with us for many years and ensure that all elements of each homes construction are completed expertly.
We personalise your new build experience by teaming you up with our Interior Designer and Kitchen Designer, who will take you through each area of the home and assist in making beautiful choices that you will enjoy for many years to come.
Quality thinking
All our homes are Design Build – every home is unique, designed just for you. No plans are used twice. Our Architectural Draughtsman has worked with us for over 20 years and is amazing at putting people’s ideas on paper or developing something totally unique.
Your ideas don’t have to be a dream they can become a reality. We’ve worked successfully with a number of highend Architects in both Christchurch and Auckland producing stunning different homes. We have experience building to many different levels, from Architecturally designed large, medium, small homes to over 60’s units both on the flat and hills to shop fitouts.
