As Silverstar Development’s stellar team, Tony Anderson and Janine Anderson have all your bases covered to get you into your unique dream home.
Tony Anderson
Starting out in the building industry over 25 years ago, Tony is a Licensed Building Practitioner – giving you the certainty you are dealing with a professional. Having spent the past 20 years developing land and building both new and spec homes, he draws on substantial experience with subdivisions around New Zealand.
Tony’s philosophy is that building a new home does not have to be a stressful experience for the new owners, it can and should be enjoyable and hasslefree – Tony’s one-on-one management of each home makes this easy.
You deal with Tony from the first contact through to handover of the keys and after moving in – giving you your own personal project manager, who is the boss ensuring attention to detail every step of the way.
Tony travels to Australia and Asia regularly to look at new products and ideas to bring back to New Zealand – to help create the uniqueness that Silverstar Developments is so well known for.
